Many decades ago I lost 60 pounds using a plant based diet. I then studied nutrition science in collage but was dismayed to realize vegetarian and vegan diets were not only discouraged but considered dangerous.
Since then, oil free whole food plant based diets have been proven to reverse cardiovascular disease, type 2 diabetes, halt and reverse many autoimmune diseases as well as reverse early stage prostate cancer, turning on or off up to 500 genes in just three months!
Being a Certified Health Educator is truly wonderful!
Helping clients make the change is my passion, as everyone is unique, yet their goals are similar. Studying plant based nutrition as well as the many aspects of changing habits is a continual learning process, and astoundingly rewarding.
